Man accused of planning 9/11 attacks reaches plea deal

The Department of Defense says the man accused of plotting the Sept. 11 attacks, Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, along with two alleged accomplices, have reached a plea deal that allows them to avoid the death penalty.
