Officer testifies about moments before Luigi Mangione's arrest as evidence for trial is debated

An Altoona, Pennsylvania, police officer testified Tuesday in a New York courtroom about the moments before the arrest of Luigi Mangione, who is accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson last year.
