that needed to give it everything in there that pertains as a murder case so I went up there I had my ex-wife record in there and this is the panic he had he was sweating pretty hard nervous deer-in-the-headlight look
but at the same time trying to butter me up no I just went along with it oh man I don't this is odd it makes me in real property so we could take that and look at all this stuff I just I don't know if we sit and do it up here right now

and we went in the gate and went to the unit I opened up the door and as everything was turned upside down in there and the evidence was gone briefly looked at the items that remained in the storage unit and I immediately contacted the Carlow pure investigations regarding the matter with their consultation and cooperation
they asked myself the captain Worley to catalogue and photograph the items around the unit and just to collect and secure them and bring them to the sheriff's office to place in our evidence lockers on January 3rd they agreed and sent two agents to meet me here at the sheriff's office and I turned the entire matter over to Colorado your investigations for further investigation
as a result of that investigation we have placed lieutenant Robert with the Fremont County Sheriff's Office on routine administrative leave pending the outcome of that investigation and because it's active as you all understand until they're able to complete their investigation
we will not be releasing any for the information until they've had a chance to do that the family has been talking to me almost daily I'm hoping they get some closure or somehow out of this kind of opened up what's been going on in Fremont County for quite a while
