Man arrested after allegedly setting off fireworks, starting fire outside NYC federal building

A former U.S. Army soldier is in custody after allegedly starting a fire and setting off fireworks in front of a federal building in New York City on Monday. The building houses dozens of agencies, including the FBI and ICE. Tom Hanson reports.
